NFI North Voted 2020 Best Place to Work® in New Hampshire and Maine
Contoocook, N.H. – The North American Family Institute (NFI North), a nonprofit human services agency, announces it has been named a 2020 Best Company to Work® in both Maine and New Hampshire… again!
The annual competition recognizes large and small businesses that have created outstanding work environments. NFI North was named to the winner’s list based on its commitment to creating an organizational culture that embraces direct and honest feedback and a bottom-up leadership structure. According to the Best Place to Work® survey, NFI North’s employees feel they work for a company with a strong culture of respect, integrity and empowerment. Employees highlighted a welcoming, friendly and nurturing work environment that places a high value on education and professional development. They are proud of their accomplishments and feel like they are making a positive difference in the world.
