Contoocook, NH - NFI North, a nonprofit human services organization focused on mental and behavioral health, is proud to announce the promotion of Jill Allen to Chief Operating Officer. With a deep-rooted passion for human services and more than 32 years of success in the field, Allen is set to help lead the organization to unprecedented heights.
Jill brings to this role a track record of performance and growth amassed over three decades of executive leadership experience as Regional Director. Her exceptional leadership capabilities have helped NFI North expand its reach and deepen its impact within Maine and beyond. Jill has helped develop the top talent that NFI North is known for which has led them to be a ’Best Place to Work’ six years running.

Jill’s visionary leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning every facet of NFI North’s operations and executive team endeavors with the company's mission of empowering individuals and families to reach their potential. Leveraging a talented team, Jill will help Maine and New Hampshire establish safe communities where mental and behavioral health services are readily accessible for everyone.
Jill lives in Bridgton, Maine, with her husband and dog. She is a proud mother of three grown children, a big University of Michigan Football fan, and enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
